RAL COLOURS at imm cologne 2020 – The international furnishing fair
From 13 to 19 January 2020 the Cologne fair will open its doors again for imm Cologne, the leading furniture fair in the world. This year again, RAL COLOURS is almost traditionally exhibiting in the design-oriented trade fair section "Pure Platforms" in hall 3.1, surrounded by upcoming designers, universities and trend experts. At the fair booth F011 the modern service company for colour design will present innovative colour design instruments for designers, architects, interior designers and craftsmen as well as the latest trends 2020+.
The main focus of this year's trade fair appearance will be on the new and completely revised edition 2020+ of the trend series RAL Colour Feeling. Under the title "reBirth of Culture" RAL COLOURS presents not only a portfolio of 15 colour shades but also combines them with basic design principles. This provides architects, designers and industrial customers with an immediate and comprehensive applicability of the colour range, which goes far beyond other trend information.
With the RAL starter kit the colour experts from Bonn continue to present an easy and quick entry into the world of the RAL DESIGN SYSTEM plus. The choice of the 150 colour shades was based both on current colour trends and timeless design principles. Due to the reduced complexity of the colour tone range, the package is particularly suitable as a quick working tool in the studio, at the customer's site, during sampling, for mood boards and colour material collages. The plain but eye-catching design of the colour box received the German Design Award 2020 from the German Design Council.
The service company for colour design is also expanding its range within the RAL CLASSIC product line. With RAL 2017 RAL Orange and RAL 9012 Clean Room White two new colour shades are presented to the public, which find a broad area of application especially in interior design and industrial design. Across many industrial areas, RAL 9012 improves the working environment in clean room environments with its soft yellowish tint and ensures a significant relaxation of the visual and ergonomic situation.
